Abiding in Christ in Business: How to Stay Connected and Bear Fruit

Scripture “Remain in me, as I also remain in you.” — John 15:4 (NIV)

Devotional Thought So much of life teaches us to push, strive, and keep producing. But Jesus offers a different way.

In this week’s episode, Stay in the Pickle Jar, we explore what it really means to abide — not by trying harder, but by staying connected.

Transformation doesn’t happen through effort. It happens through proximity.

Like a pickle soaking in brine, we’re changed not by force, but by staying immersed in God’s presence. When we wander off, we dry out. When we stay close, life flows naturally.

Abiding isn’t complicated. It’s simply choosing connection again and again.

Reflection Where have you been trying to produce fruit instead of staying connected to the source?

Ask Holy Spirit: “What would it look like to stay close today?”

Prayer “Father, help me stay connected to You. I release striving and choose to abide. Transform me as I remain in Your presence.”

Invitation 🎧 Listen to the episode: Stay in the Pickle Jar A practical and encouraging conversation on abiding, fruitfulness, and living connected without striving.

Stay soaked. Stay close.
