Prophetic Business Coaching: How to Lead from God’s Presence Not Pressure

“My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” - Exodus 33:14 (NKJV)

Devotional Thought

I’ve known what it’s like to build and lead from God’s presence.

I’ve seen the fruit. I’ve felt the peace.

But last year… I slipped.

Not a crash. Just quiet compromise. Saying yes to the wrong things in business. Chasing outcomes. Putting purpose and principles above Presence.

And I felt it. I was tired. Spinning my wheels. Missing peace.

Like Moses, I had to come back to this prayer: “If Your Presence doesn’t go with me, don’t send me.” (Exo 33:15)

Not to fix things. Not to get clarity. Just to be close again.

And since coming back - it’s been better than before. More peace. More clarity. Less pressure.

Reflection

Where have you started moving without checking if He’s with you? What might happen if you came back to Presence first?

“God, I don’t want to lead without You. Not in business, not in life. Let Your Presence go before me. Let me only move where You’re already working. Amen.
