We’re Matt and Jo — the founders of Salt + Light Wealth Academy.
For decades, we’ve lived in two worlds: business and ministry. Matt has built and led businesses across industries — from property development to finance — while serving faithfully in ministry for over 20 years. As a prophetic business coach, he brings together practical business experience and the gift of hearing God for strategic direction.
Our story hasn’t always been easy. We’ve walked through seasons of burnout, pressure, and uncertainty — where business felt like striving. But it was in those moments we learned the most important lesson: God cares about business, and He’s speaking about it every day.
What changed everything was learning to hear His voice, not just on Sunday, but in the boardroom, in negotiations, in strategy sessions, and in decisions about people and finance. That shift didn’t just transform our businesses — it transformed our lives.
Now, our assignment is clear: to help other Christian entrepreneurs discover the same friendship with God, prophetic clarity, and Kingdom fruitfulness in their businesses.
